If the property is for sale, we take the opportunity of guests staying in the unit to propose a purchase. Once guests have experienced living in the unit, they will be more open to making an offer.

Landlord FAQ’s

Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing is a government agency in charge of the regulating short-term lets.

A Holiday Home is defined as a furnished or service dwelling which is rented out as a whole property on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis inclusive of a package of services such as water, electricity, internet etc.

  • Unit Title Deed.
  • Landlord’s Passport Copy/ trade license and authorized person passport copy for cooperate Landlord.
  • Authorization Letter as per DTCM Template.
  • Recent Green DEWA bill for the mentioned unit.
  • Tenants can sub-let their property on two conditions:
    • Having written approval from the Landlord to sub-let as a holiday home.
    • Having a valid tenancy contract and Ejari.

You can use the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) and Oqood (a document issued by the developers), for further details you can speak to one of our agents.

You may use your property subject to availability and prior notice as early as possible. Kindly reach our representative to reserve dates for your stay.

Yes, we can arrange stays for friends or relatives subject to availability and prior notice as early as possible.

Utility bills are payable by the Landlord. For the purpose of Landlords convenience, we can pay the bills on their behalf without additional charges.

We transfer the payout at the end of every month or after each booking with a report attached. We can provide the payout in the form of a wire transfer, cash or crypto payments.

Yes, visiting the property is permitted as long as advanced notice is given to our team and the property is vacant.
