You can select dates, see availability, and review our booking policies on each property page. Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting one of our agents who will guide you through the entire process and answer any queries you may have.

You may confirm your booking by providing a 30% booking deposit, the remaining balance is due before check-in.

We accept credit card, cash, and crypto payments in the form of USDT

Our representative will meet you at the building with the keys and show you the property/amenities. Alternatively, you may collect the keys from the key box.

The standard check-in time is 3PM-9PM, we will make every effort to accommodate check-ins outside this time frame.

Early check-ins are subject to availability of the property and may incur an additional fee.

Our experienced representatives will be available to you throughout your stay to provide assistance with any questions or maintenance issues you may have. In case of any emergencies during your stay contact the authorities first and inform us promptly.

The standard check-out time is 11AM, our team member will meet you at the property to conduct an inspection, collect the keys. The refund of the security deposit may take up to 48 hours.

Our representative will assess the possibility of a late check-out based on the availability of a property and inform you. Additional charges may apply.
